Deep Purple rock into Clyde Auditorium

5 nov. / 2009 - MONSTERS of rock Deep Purple return to Glasgow next week.

The iconic five-piece act will play the Clyde Auditorium at the SECC on Wednesday.

The heavy metal giants - Ian Gillan, Roger Glover, Ian Paice, Steve Morse and Don Airey - return to Glasgow as part of a mammoth world tour to promote their latest studio album, "Rapture of the Deep".

They set off on the tour in January 2006 and have since played 334 concerts over 24 legs of a tour which has visited more than 50 countries in five continents.
